California's Clean Truck Check program requires periodic emissions testing for most non-gasoline vehicles over 14,000 lbs GVWR. Depending on the truck, that's an onboard diagnostics (OBD) check, a smoke-opacity test, or both.
We confirm which test each truck needs when we schedule your visit.
A test shows how a truck performed on the day it was tested. Booking a test doesn't make a vehicle compliant by itself, and a truck that doesn't pass may need repairs before retesting. CARB's Clean Truck Check site has the official program rules.

Pricing
- $150 per truck for 1 to 4 trucks.
- Fleet discount on per-truck pricing starting at 5 trucks. See fleet testing.
