These terms apply when you use aircompliancetest.com or book testing with Air Compliance Testing ("ACT," "we," "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.
Our services
ACT provides mobile Clean Truck Check emissions testing for heavy-duty vehicles at customer locations in California. The tests we can perform depend on the vehicle and on our CARB tester credentials. We will confirm which test each truck needs before your visit.
Test results
A test shows how a vehicle performed on the day it was tested. We do not guarantee that any vehicle will pass. A vehicle that does not pass may need repairs before it can be retested. Booking or completing a test does not by itself make a vehicle compliant with California rules; vehicle owners remain responsible for their own compliance with CARB and DMV requirements.
Pricing and payment
- Our standard price is listed on our website and confirmed in your quote. Fleet pricing for 5 or more trucks is set in a written quote.
- A travel fee may apply for locations more than 100 miles away. We will tell you about any travel fee before your visit.
- Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Testing fees are owed for tests performed, whether or not the vehicle passes.
Scheduling and your responsibilities
- Please have the trucks, keys, and safe, level space available at the scheduled time.
- If a truck is not available or the site is not safe to work at, we may need to reschedule.
- Please tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment.
Partner referrals
Referral fees for partners are paid only under a written partner agreement signed before referrals begin. The agreement controls if it differs from anything on our website.
Text messages and calls
If you agree to be contacted, we may call, email or text you about your request and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Website use
Information on this website is general and may change. It is not legal advice. Please check CARB's Clean Truck Check program for official rules. You agree not to misuse the site or submit false information through our forms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ACT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or downtime, arising from use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
